Ingredients
- 5 tomatillos
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 large jalapeno pepper
- 3/4 cup water
Recipe
- 1 wash the vegetables well. remove the leaf-like covering of the tomatillo before washing.
- 2 break the extra stem from the cilantro.
- 3 add ingredients to blender and puree.
- 4 ready to serve.
