Ingredients
- 1 cup pure honey
- 2 large jalapeno peppers, sliced
Recipe
- 1 add honey and sliced peppers to a small saucepan.
- 2 bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- 3 reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 4 remove from heat and let stand about 10 minutes.
- 5 strain while still warm.
- 6 refrigerate unused portion.
