Ingredients

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup apricot jam
- 1/4 cup red currant jelly
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 teaspoons jalapeno peppers, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 combine the glaze ingredients in a small saucepan.
- 2 bring to a boil, then simmer for about 5 minutes, until thickened.
- 3 set aside.
- 4 brush a cold grill with oil and then preheat the barbecue to medium-high.
- 5 squeeze any remaining lime juice over the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
