Jalapeño Pie Mini Tarts

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) jar sliced jalapeno peppers
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees f.
  • 2 grease mini tart pans.
  • 3 placed desired amount of jalapeños in tart pans.
  • 4 cover with monterey jack cheese.
  • 5 fill almost to the top with egg.
  • 6 sprinkle with parsley.
  • 7 bake in the preheated oven 10 minutes, or until firm and lightly browned.
  • 8 cool 1 to 2 minutes before removing from tart pans.
