Jalapeño Pie Mini Tarts

Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) jar sliced jalapeno peppers
- 1 (8 ounce) package shredded monterey jack cheese
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees f.
- 2 grease mini tart pans.
- 3 placed desired amount of jalapeños in tart pans.
- 4 cover with monterey jack cheese.
- 5 fill almost to the top with egg.
- 6 sprinkle with parsley.
- 7 bake in the preheated oven 10 minutes, or until firm and lightly browned.
- 8 cool 1 to 2 minutes before removing from tart pans.
