Charred Salsa

Ingredients
- 3 -4 fresh tomatoes
- 1 jalapeno (seeded if you don't like hot)
- 1 poblano pepper
- 1 vidalia onion (i normally use onion in this salsa, but this needs a sweet)
- 3 tomatillos
- 1 lime
Recipe
- 1 slice tomato into half inch steaks (see picture).
- 2 wash and rinse tomatillos, keep them whole.
- 3 wash poblano pepper.
- 4 quarter onion with skin on.
- 5 grill all of these on all sides until blackened.
- 6 take the stem off the poblano.
- 7 take the charred outside of the onion off.
- 8 put it all in a food processor.
- 9 add the juice of one lime.
- 10 process in food processor and you have the best summer salsa money can buy!
