- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 (15 ounce) cans mexican-style corn, drained
- 12 ounces cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chili peppers (chopped)
- 1 bunch green onion, chopped (all of it, tops and bottoms)
- chopped jalapeno
Recipe
- 1 mix mayo & sour cream.
- 2 add the rest of the ingrediences.
- 3 mix and chill.
- 4 serve with corn chips or tortilla chips.
